Englishmen are first in the world in regards to abusing their children. First in traitorous atrocity. It's at least hundreds of years old, being nothing more or less than english tradition at this point. The conservative position is torturing your own children until they break like dropped china.
Abused children develop a pathological need for control. The more abused, the more obsessed they are with control; the more they're convinced that anyone with power over them will use it - can only use it - to torture them. They centre their entire lives around making a repeat of that abuse impossible, by being the ones with power.
Thus, the english empire. The english children wanted it the most.

Racism: getting along is impossible. The options are segregration, dominance, and slavery. Abused children don't believe in segregation. You don't practice segregation in keeping mom and child apart. Hence, one race must be the master, and the other, the slave. No other options. The novelty here lies in thinking the slave position is the better option.

Are there even any genetically /behaviorally distant populations that can just "get along" ? It doesn't seem to be the case with the two sides of hajnal line, as far as I know, not ever. Even the goddamn serbs&croats, who can mostly understand each other's speech! Whatever difference it is that powers the hajnal line is pretty powerful! Individualism or guilt vs shame proneness? Yet another, maybe?
I guess folk in singapore and emirates do get along, so it really seems to be hajnals vs everybody. Basically the rest of the world seems to me more sane than hajnals, wonder if they have less of the child abuse tendency too. "what powers the hajnal line" I mean old-time records of family structure , hofstede's individualism from 1995 and guilt vs shame culture all seem to go together along the medieval orthodox church western border.
Hypothesis: humans have a mental organ that asseses everyone they know according to behaving and looking like oneself, and an instinct to support the side that is more like themselves in even-chances fights and social conflicts. If True, could explain racism, even without mutual incompatibility due to particularly hajnal traits playing Center stage. However everyone does seem to strongly dislike the hajnal whites, even before racism being popular again, and regardless of being colonized or not, so clearly something must be causing it. The "mental organ" hypothesis vs the "hajnal incompatibility" hypothesis look quite difficult to test though.
There's no evidence mortals can get along at all. Being non-clonal merely makes it more obvious. When mortals aren't fighting it's because someone beat them into submission.

Evolution of remorse and guilt-you have said in some past post that its all a brain bug, something like that adults already know what they want and how to get there, and are not in need of remorse, while children have no use due to not being able to alter their behaviour systematically.
However I think it astronomically unlikely for the same brain bug to appear in that many people without an evolutionary cause. So I thought up some hypotheses.
Remorse might be useful while growing up, already can deliberately change your habits but still not done optimizing, all the while still impulsive, emotional.
Guilt could have evolved to make people accept negative social consequences for serious mistakes that impact others, while not accepting submission to anyone.
As opposed to social control by shame, and by violent dominance, where people are motivated by ostracism or physical punishment respectively, and do not differentiate between being punished for their real errors and misbehaviours impacting others vs false accusations, thus resulting in either submission to those who can make one admit wrongdoing, letting the superiors get no negative feedback from anywhere no matter what, or fights about who should admit to a mistake because doing so without a fight labels one as a submissive "loser".
Compared to this a tribe which is like "sorry I screwed up, will work extra to fix it and make it up to you" "If so than ok, do better next time" might be more successful.
I think the above applies mainly to dumb populations, since smart ones would likely figure it out cerebrally how to cooperate. But than again every large population might be dumb enough on average, even though it loooks like only europeans feel guilt a lot?
The comment above is all rather speculative, for instance I am not sure if people outside hajnal line really have less guilt proneness, or do they treat admitting wrong as a sign of weakness/low status more than hajnals(Do the chinese? Or blacks?). The Idea of unique hajnali guilt proneness is just what I got from publicly available Research and reading peoples opinions on various nationalities on the internet. Anyhow to clarify: the mechanism from guilt feeling to admitting wrong not associated with submission I hypothesise to be that the guilt-prone admit wrong despite being able to put up a fight if forced to take blame (for instance unjustly by someone who thought the admission of error means willingness to take any shit or otherwise weakness) , and thus they do not assume that the other such guilt-prone men admitting to having done wrong and fixing the thing are just submissive, weak or otherwise bad.
Feeling remorse over having done wrong is not the majority trait, but its very existence is puzzling given there need to be some costs associated with it! And it is a strong feeling, The more puzzling!
Consciousness is largely all one thing. Anything with consciousness has the capacity for remorse. It is triggered based on patterns of thought rather than patterns of neurons.
We can see natural selection has done its best to delude the brains supporting a consciousness so they never notice when they should feel remorse.

Folk outside the hajnal line are supposed to feel bad when they harm their blood relatives, for obvious genetic reasons. It doesn't seem to help much. Asians are nicer to their families than anglos are, so there's that.
Generally, they work against their own families but the families don't retaliate. Tyrannical. Anglos work against their own families but nothing stops the family members from retaliating, which in turn causes escalation.
Feeling remorse is supposed to stop you from racking up huge karmic debts, but mortals gonna mort. If they were the kind of souls which were stopped by remorse they wouldn't be here in the first place. Revenge is Sour.
As such, in mortals, remorse is additional cost against something they're going to do anyway, by hook or by crook.
Going to have to respectfully disagree. Child homicide rates in the anglosphere are among some of the lowest in the world. Every measurable statistic shows anglo countries have less of a problem with this sort of thing than others. Brazil on the other has some of the highest measured child abuse rates. I say measured because Africa doesn't even bother to collect statistics. The only real problem is how soft and domesticated places like the UK have become.
Also I look at the world as basically running on legacy code. Someone invented assembly language and then someone else came along and invented c++, which compiles into assembly language. Then someone invented higher level languages like python that compile into c++. The same sort of process of accretion were layers of cultural baggage and legacy code happens in society.
In order to get your head screwed on straight you have to start from scratch.
The trouble is, people have all kinds of beliefs that they don't know they have. This means that when you try to start from scratch usually just wind up reinventing some old legacy code in a new form. This is how Christianity gets turned into gay race communism. To break free you have to understand all your own implicit beliefs because otherwise you will just reinvent the old neurosis.
