You're not allowed to fire someone because they're a cripple. If they are half-blind or deaf or lose their legs, you have to [accommodate] them and keep paying them to do the job.
The law treats nonwhite races and women exactly the same way. As protected disabilities, which have to be [accommodated]. Reminder that white is a fake made up bureaucratic category, not a race. As is black.
The cripples have to retain their pay even, or rather especially, if their disability prevents them from doing the job.

Sometimes the accommodations are reasonable, which are motte-and-bailey'd to defend the times the accommodations are unreasonable. Such as with females and foreigners. The small accommodations are used to vaccinate you against the urge to object to the crippling accommodations.
But, also, [property rights]. In a just society
you're free to be unreasonable if you want to be. A fortiori permitted to be unreasonable, because the children of lies will always claim reason is unreasonable. The more unreasonable they say it is, the more reasonable it probably is in Reality.
