Nationalism is just a logical extension of "we are all a part of the same church", which is a logical extension of "we are all a part of the same community" which in itself is a logical extension of "we are all a part of the same family".
Nothing wrong with cooperating with your fellow man.
It's just stupid when narcissistic defectors are holding the reins.
You can't be part of the same church with someone of a different class. If the lower classes could effectively cooperate with the upper, they would simply emulate the upper in the first place, contradicting the premise of differing classes.
Ironically, Fascists are all Marxist. "Just eliminate your false [class] consciousness". Apparently they say they're anti-Marxist for the same reason Stalin claimed to be anti-Fascist.
