Unaccept Unacceptable Distrust

"As per Trivers, the emotional brain doesn’t trust the rational brain, and handles a lot of its signaling under the hood. So you’re not calculating any of this, you’re just feeling it."

Obvious solution: sit down with the emotional brain, shake its hand, get to know it, and become trustworthy.

It helps if you're not a lying sack of shit!

If you want to know what the emotional brain is thinking, and it trusts you, you can just ask.

Of course, it's impossible to be Faustian and trustworthy at the same time. Faustianism specifically bans many kinds of trustworthiness by name.

To whom? I do not talk with my employer, customers or coworkers about personal things.

My friends are my friends because they are rational people who judge goodpersonhood by one's actions and not on stuff like emotional grief.

Is Siskind living in some kind of commune of Karens? Or is that how a Jewish extended family works?

  2. I mean yeah it's probably the longhouse/Communism.

They genuinely can't have privacy, because they're too irresponsible to be left unsupervised. Likewise none of them are rational, so judging them on anything but their set of emotional reflexes is simply a confused thing to do.

Those who signal Rationalism the hardest are the most devoid of ratiocination.

Blogger deliberately trying to kill itself, I expect.
