Check: do the Amish ever have to worry about a commissar? They do not. You hardly need to go full Amish. If you do have to deal with a commissar, you screwed up bigly.

It's true that if you want free money the diversity commissar route is an effective route. They're not going to make it in the real world, but the fake world is expanding vigorously, so...

Problem: living in the real world is transcendentally better. Rule in hell etc. Yeah you can get more money but you trade all your wealth away in the process. 

Gnosticism is - let's see if you can guess what I'm going to say - narcissism. They reject the real world because the real world has rejected them. ngmi and self-aware. Because of projection aka inversion of values, they create the fake world they say they're rejecting, and then hold themselves hostage the way they say the demiurge is holding them hostage. 

Look, if your insanity isn't real, you damn well make it real, capiche? It's not crazy if you're doing it to yourself, right? It's really happening!

Naturally when your sovereign is Gnostic, your country develops an ever-expanding fake microcosmos. Since the microcosmos cannot survive without injections of vitality from the real cosmos, the expanding mini-cosmos eventually expands so much it crowds out Reality and kills itself plus anyone stupid enough to stay near enough to support the Gnostic sovereign.

Standard human reflex: "You should do things which are high status according to me." In this case, they stumble across the fact its not high status in a more general sense. However, those saying these things don't have enough self-awareness to interrupt the reflex. 

A bit of Pride. "What is high status according to me is high status according to everyone and will continue to be high status in the future." You can see why they might avoid self-awareness in this area. Especially if it really is high status in their particular locale. 

Not advantageous: "Hey everyone, did you know we're a doomed backwater? Everyone loves me for saying this, right?"  

P.P.S. If you had a real community you could nominate one guy to be charge of hacking the commissars. Let him sit in on every meeting with one, to their intense frustration. Though, not only do you need a real community, it has to be willing to signal non-trustworthiness. Most Americoids would rather be cucks.
