If they marry a noble (no known examples) it will pollute the noble's house.
There is a division between jumbled-up aristocrats and purebred peasantry. Since both are basically incompetent, I wonder how distinguishable they are in practice. Probably can't eyeball it.

DeleteCurrently physical violence is mildly less treacherous due to scholar norms. Ad baculum is a fallacy, so nobody runs around pretending you can beat someone compassionately. Physical violence is openly violence, making it more responsible and less Satanic.
However, overall, this topic an example of the fact mortal life is worthless. The only reason it is wrong to kill one out your way is that they deserve to suffer and they can't suffer properly if they're dead. They aren't people. They don't have dignity or purpose or anything. They are hazards. Like patches of stagnant water. Elections can't drain the swamp because the swamp extends from sea to shining sea. There's nowhere for it to go.
Rain is a problem too but you carry an umbrella. You don't try to make friends with the rain so that you can attempt to convince it not to be wet. Rain isn't maliciously sabotaging its society for the purposes of unprovoked aggression, and even if it were that would reveal its preferences. You likewise don't try to make friends with orcs and try to convince them not to have green skin, or file down their tusks so they can [fit in].
I have witnessed someone trying to proselytize against bones. Sure it wasn't supposed to be a short-term solution, but they genuinely saw a skeleton as a sign of a sinner.
